If candidate needs to reschedule an exam, candidate must contact NASC at least 14 business days before your scheduled exam. There will be no penalties or fees. If the candidate does not appear for the exam at the agreed upon scheduled date and time – the candidate must forfeit their Exam Fee, reschedule another exam and pay another exam fee.
In addition, the candidate will owe any fees required by their
chosen Test Center.
